How do I make an appointment to bring my Apple product in for service?

You can make an appointment by either calling Apple 1-800-275-2273 or following this link https://locate.apple.com/. Appointments are made after 7:00 PM on Sunday evening for the coming week. Currently Gala-Tec does not accept walk-ins.

How do I prepare for my appointment?
  • Backed up your device.
  • If your device has a firmware password, follow the instructions via this link:
    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204455#turnoff
  • All exterior cases must be removed prior to coming into the store.
  • Sanitized your device prior to coming into the store.
  • Find my iPhone or device must be turned off.
  • Apple does not allow any repairs with Find my Device turned on.
  • If you require assistance in turning this off, please call 1-800-275-2273.
What Apple products am I able to buy at your store?

As an Authorized Apple Reseller, we are able to sell any Apple Computer, iPad, iPod and all accessories that accompany those products. We currently can not sell the Watch, iPhone, HomePod or any Beats products

What Apple products is Gala-Tec able to service?

As an Authorized Apple Service Provider, we are able to service or facilitate all Apple Products. Facilitation of certain products is solely at Apple’s discretion.
